Audi has just debuted the limited edition of the RS6 - the RS6 Avant GT. Paying respect to the classic racing car, the Audi 90 Quattro IMSA GTO, the RS6 Avant GT could be a 80s race car fan's dream come true.

Similar to what you see in the images, the RS6 Avant GT wears similar decals, just like the classic Audi race car. However, it is based on a regular RS6 Avant, with most of the body aesthetics remaining unchanged. Yet, carbon fiber material is used on the bonnet, fenders, front lip, rear diffuser, and rear spoiler. the

The most eye catching part must definetly be the 22 inch white colour sport wheels.

A 4.0L twin-turbo V8 lays under the RS6 Avant GT's bonnet, outputing 630 PS and 850Nm, all these power are sent to all four wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission + Quattro AWD system, 0 to 100 KM/h in just 3.3 seconds.

As a special edition, Audi has also made some tweaks to other performance parts. The Quattro AWD is able to split torque according to the drive modes, making it front-biased (F 70 : R 30) or rear-biased (F 15 : R 85). This RS6 Avant GT also comes with adjustable coilovers as standard. The suspension is manually adjustable, and Audi will also provide an instruction book and tools for enthusiastic owners to DIY.

Had to say though, homologation or haritage special cars are extremely cool, agree?
