Chery Malaysia recently teased some info of the C-segment Tiggo 7 Pro SUV on their social media accounts, to be launch in Malaysia and open to public to register of interest.

Abit of basic info about the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro, it is a C-segment five-seater SUV, in our market, rivaling the Proton X70, Honda CR-V and the Mazda CX-5.

According to Chery, the upcoming Tiggo 7 Pro will be the facelifted model. This model will utilize a 1.6 TGDi petrol engine, capable of producing 197HP/290Nm, paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, enabling acceleration from 0 to 100KM/h in 8.3 seconds.

In addition, Chery has released some basic specifications of the car, which include features such as 18-inch rims, 17-function ADAS, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, a 540º surround-view camera, and a set of 8 speakers from the Sony audio system.

Lastly, Chery Malaysia has not announced the actual release date yet; however, Chery officials did mention that the Tiggo 7 Pro will be launched before the end of Q2 this year. Please stay tuned!
