NEXT year will be a big one for JAC Motors Malaysia when it officially enters the passenger vehicle market with the launch its T9 pick-up truck series.

The T9 Diesel 2.0 CTI 4x4 and the first-in-Malaysia T9 BEV (battery electric vehicle) 4x4 will both be officially launched in January 2025 by EvolvElectric Motors Sdn Bhd, the sole distributor of JAC pick-ups in Malaysia.

Both variants come equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS 2.0), front and rear disc brakes, a Driver Monitoring System, and seven airbags. The T9 Diesel 4x4 model has a 5-star rating with the Australia NCAP.

For a limited time, JAC Motors is offering special introductory pricing for early-bird customers:
 
● T9 Diesel 2.0 CTI 4x4: Available at an estimated RM 120,000 (on-the-road, without insurance), the T9 Diesel comes with a 5-year unlimited mileage warranty. This promotional price is available for the first 300 customers who book the vehicle before Dec 31, this year.

 ● T9 BEV 4x4: Estimated to be priced around RM 200,000 (on-the-road, without insurance), the T9 BEV includes a 6-year or 200,000 km warranty. This promotional price is available for the first 100 customers who book the vehicle before Dec 31, this year as well.

The T9 pick-up will be offered as 2025 model year units, with the first batch of vehicles to be delivered to customers starting January 2025. Customers interested in the T9 pick-up series can book their vehicles online through the EvolvElectric Motors Facebook page, with a booking fee of RM 1,000. 

Distributed by JAC Auto Malaysia Sdn Bhd, JAC Motors currently offers the widest range of light commercial EVs in Malaysia, including the i40EV, i75EV, and i90EV models.

In addition to the EV lineup, JAC also offers Euro IV-compliant diesel models N50 and N80, while the N120 model meets Euro V standards.
