UMW Toyota Motor's hottest C-segment sports utility vehicle (SUV) is back with 2025 updates.

The new 2025 Corolla Cross comes with a new front grille design on the exterior, updated bumper, and sportier Bi-LED headlamps.

Most exciting thing about the model is that the 2025 range introduces the first-ever hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) GR Sport variant alongside the new 1.8 HEV and 1.8V.

According to the company the Toyota Hybrid Electric System was tuned for fuel efficiency and smooth, responsive driving for both urban and highway conditions.

The GR Sport variant on the other hand adds a specially tuned suspension and performance for more dynamic handling alongside an exclusive two-tone black roof.

Cabin interior features elegant dark brown accents, complemented by a 12.3-inch full-colour Multi-Information Display (MID) and a 10.1-inch Display Audio system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. 

Other highlight features include Electric Parking Brake and enhanced Vehicle Telematics System with Remote Engine Start.

In three new variants with a new Dark Turquoise colour the 2025 Corolla Cross is priced from RM133,800 for the 1.8V, RM140,800 for the 1.8 HEV, and starting at RM148,800 for the 1.8 HEV GR Sport. 

Prices includes a 5-year unlimited mileage warranty and an 8-year/unlimited mileage hybrid electric warranty covering the hybrid battery, inverter, and power management control unit. Customers can extend the hybrid warranty to 10 years for additional peace of mind.
