After Mercedes-Benz Malaysia introduced the entry-level GLA200 earlier this year, the intermediate-level GLA250 4MATIC AMG Line has finally been revealed, selling at RM295,888 (OTR without insurance).

The GLA250 wears the AMG Line bodykit, therefore, parts like a rear diffuser, front apron with silver colour accents and a set of 19-inch AMG wheels are equiped. The head lights are LED high performance front headlamps, featuring adaptive high beam assist. 

 

The upholstery are wrap in ARTICO plus MICROCUT leather, further more, a dual 10.25-inch screen are presents on the dashboard, featuring the latest MBUX operating system, supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. 

Other comfort and convenient features like, wireless phone charging pad, ambient lights, reverse camera and hands-free powered tailgate are included as standard as well.

Powering the GLA250 is a 2.0L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine and a 48V EQ Boost MHEV system, making a output of 224hp/350Nm, to note that the EQ Boost is able to provide extra 13hp/150Nm to the drive when needed. Transmission is a 8-speed dual-clutch, sending all the power to all four corners via the 4MATIC all-wheel drive system, 0 to 100km/h in just 6.8 seconds.

In terms of advance safety system, the GLA250 are equiped with active parking assist, sports brake system, active brake assist, exit warning assist and blind spot assist.
