GWM held a global press conference at the 2024 Beijing International Automotive Exhibition, detailing its global achievements and future goals, highlighting its commitment to "ecological globalization." President Mu Feng emphasized GWM's approach of blending globalization with localization, focusing on upgrading export strategies and achieving high-quality global development. GWM's focus on localization spans production, operations, brand culture, and supply chains, facilitating progress in its "ecological globalization" strategy.


GWM is actively promoting its brand's global development through all phases of the automotive process, from research to sales. This includes establishing local subsidiaries, implementing localized marketing strategies, and developing products tailored to regional needs. Currently, GWM operates vehicle production plants in Thailand and Brazil, along with KD factories in Pakistan, Ecuador, and other locations, supporting localized R&D and production efforts to cater to global consumers' preferences and driving conditions.

GWM, one of the earliest Chinese automotive companies to expand globally, has a presence in over 170 countries and regions, with more than 1.4 million international users as of 2023. Under the "ONE GWM" brand strategy, GWM aims to strengthen its brand image, empower its product series, and meet global owners' diverse needs with a multi-category, multi-power combination approach.
