
Pro-Net delivers 1,000th e.Mas 7 unit

PRO-NET, a subsidiary of national car maker Proton, has achieved a major delivery milestone with their first-ever electric vehicle (EV).
The brand has has successfully delivered its 1,000th unit of the e.Mas 7 to reflect, according to Pro-Net, the rapid acceleration of EV adoption in Malaysia and Proton’s commitment to making electric mobility accessible to all.
Pro-Net states that the e.Mas 7’s strong appeal lies in its combination of affordability, practicality, and a well-developed ecosystem that supports users throughout their EV journey.

Key enablers for its first major achievement since the model's launch includes the Live Integrated Charging Map, over 2,000 charging points nationwide, accessible charging infrastructure, and a suite of advanced safety and connectivity features. This ecosystem enables customers to experience the full potential of electric mobility with ease and confidence.
According to the brand's survey 58% of buyers recognize the e.Mas 7 as a value-for-money proposition, while 51% appreciate its spaciousness and practicality.
Additionally, 38% were drawn to its advanced safety features, including Level 2 ADAS and semi-autonomous driving capabilities, and 39% cited the Live Integrated Charging Map as a key factor in their decision-making process.

Pro-Net chief executive officer Zhang Qiang said the success of the e.Mas 7 is a reflection of the company's commitment to providing a compelling EV proposition that aligns with the needs of Malaysian consumers.
"Our goal is not just to sell cars but to foster a complete ecosystem that ensures a seamless and confident transition to electric mobility,” said Zhang Qiang.
With over 4,500 bookings secured and strong demand continuing, Pro-Net is confident in reaching 6,000 bookings soon—especially with the extension of the special launch power package, which provides exclusive pricing to early adopters.
The e.MAS 7 has also captured a significant 25% share of the local EV market to reinforcing its position as a leader in Malaysia’s growing EV segment.
