COOL, calm and collected aren't words that always go along with sportiness.

The latter takes centre stage as Mercedes-Benz weaves together animalistic concepts to form the #3's design look: the bow-shaped roof with flying wing elements as well as its' rear spoiler, shark nose styling and the cheetah's muscular rear shoulder line.

The Premium variant at RM215,000 makes the best of this design choice complete with CyberSparksLED with Matrix headlamps and an added illuminated front grille to its coupe charm.

A testament reflected by the #3 for winning the iF Design Award 2024 and the Red Dot Award 2024 for its' outstanding design approach.

It's not all for show though as the design elements are part of the fully-electric sport utility coupe's (SUC) 12 aerodynamic optimisation features 

Combined with a lowered body, Active Air Intake Grille (AGS), front air curtains, front wheel arches, rear diffuser, and a dynamic rear spoiler these qualities reduces air resistance and enhances agility to achieve an ultra-low drag coefficient of 0.27 Cd.

Again, this works most favourable with the smart #3 Premium variant as the best package for your buck as you'll be getting the best range out of the three variants with up to a WLTP range of 455km from its' 66kWh NCM battery.

As with the nature of most electric vehicles (EVs) the smart is as intelligent as it is stylistic - and in the Premium's case, practical.

The #3's driving tech is supported by 23 high-precision sensing hardware to make up part of its' staggering 21 intelligent driving assistance features.

These can be experienced in the comfort of the SUC's smart intelligent cockpit that is complete with multi-leather function steering wheel, turbine-style air vents design, sporty seats with integrated headrest, a 9.2-inch full LCD hig-definition instrument, a 12.8 inch central control screen that comes with 128GB memory and 12GB storage, and a 10-inch full colour HUD.

The central infotainment is Android Auto, Apple Carplay and Bluetooth compatible, and the signature 'smart planet' UI is now also accompanied by a new cheetah avatar to drive home the #3's speed and sporty motive.

Speaking of intelligence, the #3 makes use of the Hello smart Ecosystem app to allow app remote control, vehicle status inquiry and access to the best-in-class charging map integration that displays 70% of public charging stations in one app.

At RM215,000 the Premium variant is not only the #3 at its' most complete and fun but it comes in the most colours - six in all: Digital White, Ceramic Cream, Future Green, Electron Blue – Matte, Cyber Silver and Quantum Blue.

To top it off the Premium variant positions the #3 as a segment benchmark for its price.
