Proton 官方证实，大家敲碗已久的 Apple CarPlay 和 Android Auto 连接功能将在今年内正式开通，不仅会使用在新车上，现款 X90 和 S70 也可透过软件更新获得。

根据 Proton 透露，当 Apple CarPlay 和 Android Auto 功能开通后，将使用在接下来推出的新车款上。

这也意味着，预计今年发表的小改款 X70 和 X50 很可能会直接内建 Apple CarPlay 和 Android Auto 功能。

Proton 强调，现款在售的 Proton 车型是无法获得 Apple CarPlay 和 Android Auto 功能，因为它们所搭载的荧幕主机等硬件无法支持该功能。

不过，去年发表的 Proton X90 和 S70 具备较新的荧幕主机等硬件，因此这两款车预计也可以透过软件更新获得 Apple CarPlay 和 Android Auto 功能。
